ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units)

An Accessory Dwelling Unit, or ADU, is a secondary housing unit on a single-family residential lot. The term “accessory dwelling unit” is the most commonly-used term across the state of California to describe this type of housing, ADUs can also be referred to as "in-law units." The many types of ADUs include: attached, detached, garage conversion, above-garage ADU, internal ADUs, and basement ADUs. We are here to help you build an amazing ADU to meet whatever needs your family has.

Below are some examples ADUs Custom Home has built.
