Custom Home made the whole process so easy and smooth. I only spoke to them a couple times. They took care of the permit and ebb portal forms. There was some delay in getting the permit due to the pandemic and limited service at the county office, but they spoke with EBB to secure an extension. The crew was very professional and they gave us a walkthrough of the whole process. The quote was very reasonable, I highly recommend Custom Home Investments! 5 stars!

They were one of the few [Contractors] that actually responded to my request for a quote. Reasonably easy to work with. They did the initial inspect and quote fairly quickly, got the permits, was clear about expectations. Answered questions that I had. On day of installation 2 crew members did the entire installation in 1 day. They arranged for county inspector to come and inspector approved on first inspection. Cannot expect much more than that.

I compared 5 companies, the quotation from this provider is lower, and the final price we paid was close to the original quotation. The contact person Nhien was very supportive and informative, who kept me in the loop from time to time for any updates. The project was completed in 1-2 days as informed. The final inspection was smooth and well received. I’m very pleased with their delivery and the excellent customer service. I believe they would be a really good provider for other homeowners.

Custom Home Investments was a pleasure to work with. They handled all the required photos, building permits, and uploading to dashboard. Any issues that needed additional attention from EBB were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

I have completed my EBB retrofit with Custom Home Investments Inc. They have been very responsive to my requests and professional and timely in their work. The office staff has been outstanding is guiding me through the grant process and the required city inspection. I highly recommend them for all your EBB needs.
