"Dan & Derek are very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They have done many projects for me. I highly recommend Custom Home!
The Bird Ave. project in Willow Glen is the most recent house flip I have worked on with Custom Home. I love that they have been able to provide accurate and complete architecture and designing solutions. I like seeing the dramatic transformations from beginning to end. My favorite part of the new house is the high ceilings and beautiful deck. We recently sold this house, and I am looking forward to working with the Custom Home team on our next project in Los Gatos!"

"My family and I wanted to take advantage of the increasing real estate market and saw an opportunity to try investing in real estate for the first time. We were able to complete the project and help make a sizable profit on this investment. The property as completed has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms with two bonus rooms for an office or study/game room. The house is situated in Willow Glen on about 10,000 square foot lot with 3,999 square feet of living space.
Dan, Derek, and the team were able to help a first-time investor like me through the whole process. Every step of the way, from the architect, interior design, material selection, and final inspection, I was met with true professionalism.
My favorite part of the home has to be the decor, especially the fireplace. All of the interior design work done by the team was to perfection."

"My name is Katie. My vision was to turn a beat-down home on Haight street into a modern/contemporary style home.
Our goal was to fix the home in one year and sell the home for a profit. We were able to turn the home into a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom masterpiece in roughly 8 months. At completion, we transformed an out-of-date 1940's home into an urban beauty. This Haight street project was perfect for urban living in the heart of SF.
My favorite part of the remodeled home is the open plan kitchen/living/dining room with sleek, modern kitchen quartz counter tops, subway tile backsplash, Bertazzoni range, refrigerator, and kitchen island with sink and dishwasher. There is also direct access to the outdoor deck and a large landscaped backyard."
